“Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean” – Ryunosuke Satoro

This year’s conference, Become StrongHer: TogetHer, will be to all genders for the first time ever. Women’s empowerment involves, affects, and benefits all genders -a conversation that is not often talked about. In short, this conference hopes to empower the women and men that will attend to advocate for a change. Through ways of professional development workshops, inspirational speakers, and networking opportunities, we aim to educate collegiate men and women about a problem that is prevalent socially, culturally, and even legally —gender inequality.
